Body art quality henna versus Hair henna

I see a lot of people here use body art henna for their hair. I
looked into it once, but body art henna costs a ton more than the
pure henna I get at a food coop.

Because I have long hair, and have to reapply it every two weeks
because of white roots, I go through a lot of henna. I am curious if
the people using body art henna do their hair pretty infrequently.
Or if they have a cheap source of getting it.

And what exactly is the difference between red body art henna and
red hair henna bought bulk in the food coop?
