how to henna while traveling?

Anyone have experience or tips on how I can henna and indigo
while traveling? It will be planes, trains, and automobles
and only one small suitcase, for one month. I will mostly be in
hotels. And, yes, Catherine I will be mumbling lot's! I will be
in France and Italy. Not sure if I want to openly announce that
I'm American. I don't want to go that long without a root
touch-up. Any advice? Nancy
