Be patience, it takes time to build up the color. It is the same
concept of the tea stain on a ceramic cup. I learned to use Henna
from a Hindu college friend that attended UTD. She had marvelous
long hair up to her hips. She covers her gray but it takes many
applications. She told me that she applies Henna every week,
specially on the roots. I started again using Henna, I had to safe my
hair from some highlight and bleaches. Even if I applied over my
highlights, it looks very good. Use only lemon juice with your Henna,
coffee and tea works too but most be added to the mix.
