another thing my mom used to do when it was raining and she had her
hair set was take a small kitchen trash bag and cut a square of one
bottom corner off. then cut the side seam on the side you cut the
corner out of- up to the opening. this gives you a hooded cape
looking thing and you just roll the cape part up and use it to tie
the hood tight around your hairline! (if this is hard to picture
imagine the trash bag lying flat with the bottom seam at the top and
draw a tic-tac-toe design on it and cut out one top square and
continue cutting down to the opening that side seam.)
