I have mousy light brown hair, and wanted a subtle auburn-type result. I ended up
using 1/3 henna, 1/3 cassia, and a spoonful of indigo to tone down the orange; I
mixed these with water, cider vinegar, and grape juice. I got just the results I wanted!
I sent a picture in to Catherine, so hopefully my photo will be up on the mixes page
soon. Next time I might try 1/2 henna and 1/2 indigo.
