Hi Diane:

Each time I try the recipe, my scalp feels renewed and I actually
notice some growth. (The hair grows a teeny bit per application, and
when I left it on overnight with a protective cap, I actually saw
new roots.)

It's simple:
1) Massage the mixture into your scalp with your fingertips. Leave
it on for 30 mins. (Or overnight for best results).

2) Shampoo as usual, adding one drop of rosemary oil to each shampoo
application.
3) As a final rinse, add one drop of lavender and one drop of
rosemary oil to a quart of cool water and pour it over your head.

Do this at least 3 times a week for 4 for five weeks. (Don't worry--
it could take less time, it all depends on the person.)

"Alternative Cures", the book where I got the recipe from, has never
let me down. There is amazing information no one should be deprived
of. (I don't know how America has lived without it!)
