That depends on what color you want. I'd add about 50-100 g, but I do
it au pifomètre.

Not as far as I can see, though there's a thin layer of paste stuck to
the inside when I pushed the bottom (it's frozen). It does, though,
stain the seal (the flexible ring around the lid) of Rubbermaid
StainShield.
