Henna for Hair

Hair Tests:
Presently there is no comprehensive database
for what hair dyes and what hair colors react in what way
with henna, indigo, and other natural dyes.

Want to help make that situation better?

Harvest hair from your hairbrush and send it in!
Help create a database of henna hair results!
This will help people guesstimate how long they should wait to henna their hair after chemical processing, and what the results might be.

1) Harvest hair from your hairbrush.

2) Write down on a piece of paper what you've used to dye your hair and when you last dyed it.

3) Write down if you've bleached, permed, straightened, or done any chemical process to your hair, what products you used,  and when you did it.

4) Put that in an envelope and mail it to:

Henna Hair Test
Catherine Cartwright-Jones
4237 Klein Ave.
Stow, Ohio

5) and I"ll mail you a nice freebie!  (specify any 2 samples from the sample page, or chocolate covered expresso beans)

I will do a henna test on your hair, photograph it, and post it here!  This will help people everywhere understand better the interaction between henna and other hair products!

What's in the database now?
More coming soon!
