Henna for Hair

  Nora's Mix
Nora

This picture is what my hair looks like all the time without henna, and in the shade with henna. When I henna, the color doesn't change much since my hair is so dark, but when the sun shines on it, the light reflectes a bright red. It was a really interesting effect! Unfortunately, I haven't been able to capture it in a picture. Here's how I did it:

Lots of paprika
raspberry zinger tea
an egg
a few spoonfuls of olive oil
8 ounces of henna

I mixed this all together to make a paste and let it sit on my hair for a few hours, then rinsed it out. I'm sorry that I don't have more precise measurements. "Lots of paprika" means probably two to four tablespoons.
