I had brown hair with faded old-dye parts and some salt and pepper roots. I thought my
hair was dark enough that it wouldn't make a huge difference but I was wrong, and got
carrot-orange for the overall effect!

i did a few more applicatons, adding indigo in, and got a mix i liked at about 50/50 henna
and indigo. It's a cool color, not brassy or orange at all, a deep auburn on the parts that
were the lightest and brightest.
