Let it also be noted that getting rid of sugars in all forms
(starches, sugars, dairy, anything refined really, etc) will help you
kick the candida albicans out of your body. And yeah, you guessed it
- that is what causes yeast infections. I did that diet for about 2
months and dropped weight, felt so much energy and rid myself of yeast
issues. Yeast overgrowth causes not only yeast infections but also is
thought to cause of infections dealing with mucous like sinusitis,
etc. Sorry if I grossed out any men/or women in the forum. Oh and
this affects men too, but in different ways.
