Thanks for your replies ladies! I've got something interesting to
ponder, though. I did the "light mountain light brown" for about 2
months before giving up. The area that had body quality henna on it
eventually went back to orange as it faded, while the inch or so of
light mountain faded to a warm light brown that blended more with my
hair. (I guess there was just less red/orange in there)

I believe that straight henna has a very beautiful, translucent sort
of a look to it, and I can see the benefits of using the indigo just
where necessary. Neat idea!
