You could always henna your roots and then do a whole head cassia
treatment, a day or two after.
I don't think I'd want to mix henna & cassia, rather than doing
roots just with henna, because that would probably give a weaker
colour on my roots than I'd like.

I suppose the henna/cassia mix could be good if you just needed to
refresh your colour :o)

: an alternative to doing "roots only" if you want to stop colour
: buildup?
:
: I've reached a colour that I like, and I'm trying to think of a
way
: to stop the build up process while still doing a whole head
treatment?
: Has anybody tried a combo of cassia & henna for connditioning
without
: too much colour? I assume this would work as some of the henna
brands
: that claim to come in "shades" are a combination of cassia and
henna.
:
: Any other ideas? I love the conditioning effects of a full head
: treatment but want to slow down the colour build up process...
:
: thanks for ideas!
