packaged henna vs. body quality henna

I have been researching the use of henna to use on my hair. Most
messages I've read on your forum talk about body quality henna. I
don't know where to buy that type of henna locally (I live in Austin,
TX) I just found a kit (Light Mountain Natural). Has anyone heard of
that brand? I want to be safe. Please help
