Hi all - I remember a thread about thickening your henna mix - I
wonder if anyone has considered (or tried) Sodium Alginate? It is
just powdered kelp, and is used in food, so I imagine it might do
the trick. Also wonder is the salt that helps set indigo might be a
consideration for henna as well?

I've been online to buy one of my favorite products- pouches of
black dye that you throw in the washer to overdye your black
clothing that is greying. Awesome stuff if you wear a lot of
black :>).
