I have no idea, but I saw on a website somewhere that putting
cranberry juice through your hair is a trick that will help blondes
whose hair has gone greenish in the swimming pool, and generally adds
a "sun-kissed" touch (which I take to mean red rather than blonde,
which is what the sun does to my hair!), so I imagine it will affect
the colour. No idea how long it lasts, though.
