well, I figured pickled beets in a jar would take care of the vinegar
and the sugar at the same time as the beet juice(I get the organis
ones with no preservatives)--I was looking more for convenience--
onion skin sounds like too much work and prickly pear I would not
even know where to start!
what about boiled rhubarb? acidic and a lovely red....
