Pectin can be purchased at any store, near baking goods, or
sometimes near jelly/jam. I get my cloves etc at a natural food
store in bulk, but any grocery should be fine for these as well.
Actually, the local Mexican foods store has all kinds of cool herbs
very cheap (clove, hibiscus, dried limes, allspice, etc).

Get creative - you don't HAVE to, but it sure is fun....
