I went through the academic journal databases...... I found
only one entry for Eclipta Alba and that was a test to see if aurvedic
claims that Eclipta Alba might be useful in liver and heart disease.
Not a durn thing about dye anywhere.

Since it DOES have a depressive cardiac effect (at least on isolated
frog hearts) ........... I'm not going near it for hair stuff. Even
if frogs don't have hair. Whether or not it has dye. Anything with
proven cardiac inhibitory effect plain makes me nervous.

It does good stuff for damaged rat livers, which is nice for your
alcoholic rat............
