I'm not aware that anything bad would happen, but I'm not an expert.
I usually add my cloves to the mix as it's releasing the dye but I
don't think it's going to be a problem. They wouldn't really be
interacting with the dye compound...I don't think. I would feel safe
doing that to my hair.
