Join the club. I started going grey at age 16. One brother began
at age 11, the other at 15! I'm 30 now and almost all grey!! Even
if your direct family isn't grey, I make a bet that one of your
ancestors went premature as well. That said, yes, you can henna
over it and you'll get a deeper and deeper red color the more you
henna. I'm experimenting with indigo, and it definitely makes my
hair dark, but I want it to be a dark brown, and I can't seem to
achieve that.

As far as body hair goes, I'm sure you could henna it if it really
bothers you. I haven't done that because I don't care enough nor
have enough time to do it.

One other thing--I couldn't tell from your email whether you're male
or female. If you're male, I gotta tell you that my youngest
brother (now 28), never cared about his VERY grey head, and has been
proud of it since he was young. Some of the most attractive people
I know of (male and female) have grey hair, and I'm planning on
letting mine go by the time I'm 40...it's all in how you carry
yourself!

good luck...
