Cassia obovata and nails

2 things:

1, I was wondering if there is any word on whether cassia obovata is
good for nails as well as hair. Logically, yes, but has anyone tried
this since it came up?

2, (ok, I'm a dork) I am looking looking looking for the link where I
can order cassia obovata from Catherine for my whole head, not just
samples. ???
(if the order page doesn't say, about how many grams would I need for
fine collar-bone length hair?)
