My point is, if you aren't controlling what's going into the product
yourself you cannot be certain that it is safe for everyone. I
absolutely, 150% do NOT trust any henna that comes in colours.
That's all there is to it. I know for a fact that henna doesn't come
in colours, so marketing any hair colour as "henna" but being
anything but red is plenty to make me distrust the company. If they
advertised them, labeled them, as "natural, herbal" I wouldn't have a
problem because they are herbal, but for the most part they are NOT
henna. I'm also just getting really frustrated with this distinction-
-between REAL henna and the packaged, "coloured" stuff--not being as
well-recognized on this forum as it used to be, because I feel like
it's making false packaging acceptable. Sorry for the rant, just
needed to get that off my chest.
