Hi I'm new and have no clue what to do with my hair - Help!

Hi,
I'm new to this site, and I'm seriously considering hennaing my hair
because I've been dyeing my hair with regular dye for more than 10
years and I'm only 36 years old! The chemical dyes make my scalp
itch after I do it, and now is when I realized after reading
everything on it that I'm allergic to it! duh!
I'm so scared to do this..... my husband likes me as a blond, but I
do not want to sacrifice my health.

I have 100% gray on my front part of my scalp - especially my
sideburns! In the back part of my head, I am about 50% gray. I
would like to stay blond but don't know what to use. I definitely
don't want red and blond together. I don't think it would look
nice. My only other option would be to dye it my natural color
which is medium to dark brown to cover the grays.

I've looked at all your mixes but I am still not sure what mix to
use?

First, I have to do a hair strand test to see if it won't create any
reactions. After what I've been reading, it seems like the natural
henna won't react to the synthetic dye on my head right now.

Please help. I haven't gone back to my appointments for fear. So
now my gray hairs are growing and visible and I can't stand it like
this much longer!
