2 hours is too long for the indigo and too short for the henna. Mix
the henna separately to dye release (8-14 hours) before mixing the
indigo. Indigo should be ready to go in 15-20 minutes. Make sure you
cover the indigo/henna on your hair with plastic wrap so it doesn't
dry- use tape to hold it in place if you have to. Once it dries it
stops working.

If you are anxious mix the henna tomorrow and freeze it if the dye
release happens before you get the indigo.
