That's the reason I started using henna, actually. I had heard that chemical hair
dyes were forbidden during pregnancy, and I am rather young to have such an
amount of gray hair. I'm not pregnant yet :(, but I figured a couple of years ago
that if I WERE pregnant, the last thing I'd want was a great big belly, swollen
feet, stretch marks, AND gray hair. So I let the chemical dyes grow out, started
using henna, and by the time I can actually get to the glorious maternal state, I
intend to do it with my fabulous hair as consolation!
