I mixed Catherine's indigo with hot water about 2 hours too early once
when the henna wasn't quite ready and it did nothing to my strand
tests even at 100% indigo and it wouldn't even stain paper towels
permanently. Now I use cold water give it about 20-30 minutes when I
see the dye release and the results have been more consistent mixed
with henna.

I'd start over just so you don't waste your time. I find indigo to be
somewhat unpredictable compared to henna.
