Henna in the hinterlands

I hope someone can help me with this one. I currently <exist> near
Toronto, in Canada, and am having one hell of a problem finding henna
there at all. While I don't in the least mind ordering body-art
henna, it does necessitate the inevitable delays in shipping, being
mauled and sniffed at the border, and so on. So, just as an interim
measure, I looked about to find 'lesser breeds'of boxed henna - and
it is all but impossible. Health food stores don't have it, nor bulk
stores; some drugstore chains do, others don't, and it is a hit-and-
miss proposition, mostly miss. Does anyone know of any places in
Toronto or its suburbs where one can get half-decent henna? Colora,
MDH, that sort of thing...not great but inoffensive, let's say. A
stopgap for touchups when one runs out of good stuff.
Also: I have the most decrepit freezer this side of a melting ice
floe [the latter would work better], and am wondering where to store
my henna. Any help and advice is much appreciated - TIA.
