seller/ebaying warning

I've mentioned, in the past, that I had some good quality henna from
an ebay seller. It's not as good as Catherine's (more orangey, less
red tones, though I prefer the orange, actually), but it's
inexpensive and the seller was very quick with responses and shipping
last year. I won't list the seller's name or ebay ID (contact me off
forum if you really really want to know, aurthefaeryATyahooDOTcom),
but you'll know it's them--the price is unbelievably low for the
ammount of henna, as a buy it now.

I am fed up with them. I ordered my henna a month ago, after my last
henna, which I used up the end of my stash doing. Their ebay pages
promise shipment within the week if you pay instantly, and I knew
that they had shipped mine the day of purchase last time, so I was
confident I would have it with plenty of time to spare before I
needed to re-henna. Two weeks ago, I emailed them, and was blown off
with the excuse that the owners "were sick, and hadn't been near the
computer." I'm no computer expert, but I know they could have set up
an automatic response, and I would have been fine to wait if I'd only
been informed. They said that the henna would be shipped priority
mail to me that same day. This afternoon, I finally emailed them
again in disgust--still no henna, still out my money. The seller
this time tried to tell me that her old shipment had gone bad, and
she was waiting on the new, and didn't she tell me that? No. I told
her that I had better be getting a double shipment for the trouble.
I plan to leave negative feedback, regardless of the product I get--
this is outrageous.

Lesson learned: don't get henna on ebay.
