i am losing my hair!!!!

hi!
my name is gazel and i am 15 years old. i have hip length hair and
stated using henna a year ago, and i know for a fact that the henna
that i used had ppd in it becuase i live in a third world country and
we have no laws that stae you have to put the ingridience on the
pakage. so i had to buy henna that they sell out in the open full of
chemicals but that was the best i could find. and when i ask the
shope owners wether it has anything in it they swear that there isn't.

the reason i satrted using henna was because i had a VERY bad scalp
condition and was loosing about 300 hairs a day. my doctor said that
in one month i had lost 25% of my hair.
so i had turned to henna for help and found my new best friend!!! but
after a while my head couldn't put up with the chemicals anymore and
started to get all itchi and agrivated. my mom and i decided that it
was from the chemicals in the henna.

and about three months later i came to the US to visit my family and
my mom satrted to look for 100% henna.
we were looking all over the internet but the prices were very high.
but even so i wrote to each company tellign them about my condition
and that i can only use 100% henna.

and i checked on your site too and you said that Frontier henna is
pure. we looked into that and htey said that they get thier stuff
from a company name Starwest Botanicals. my mom wrote to them and
double checked to make sure it was pure and they said yes, so we
orderd it from them.

i was verry happy to finally be able to put henna on again, but teh
thing was that after i washed it all out and started to brush my hair
ALOT of hair started to fall out.(and my head condition was PURFECT
before this and i was loosing somehting like 25 hairs a day-JOY!)

and the day after my henna aplication i lost alot of hair too!! so i
put neutral henna on my hair because my mom said that they don't put
any chemicals in it and if they put anything then it was sand which
is not harmfull.

the thing is, why did my hair fall out like that??? am i just one of
those misfortunate people that can't put henna on?????
the Starwest people said there was nothing in it and even stated that
they can understad out concern becuae there are so many companuies
that put things like ppd in it.

pleae help me!!! did this happen because of THIER henna or because
my body is just wierd????

and if i am allergic to henna(which i don't think) then i am going
to use only neutal henna(cassia). can neutral henna cause anything
wierd to happen to my scalp and hair??? and does neutral henna stop
hair from falling out like regular henna>>>>???
