Henna reacts with indigo and conditions hair. If you've got body art
quality henna, you've got more Lawsone ... you get a better end result.

Body art quality henna rinses out of hair easily and doesn't cost you
a plumber bill.

I've tried to rinse hair quality henna from a box at an Indian market
out of my hair and its pure hell. 10% henna, 8% lawn clippings, 10%
camel toenails, 20% pure sand, 8% dung, 5% shredded red poly ties, 14%
old sandals, 8% low grade compost, 2% unreconizeable detritus, 15% I'm
scared to ask. When I ran a workshop on henna for hair once, several
women who had used henna before were astonished that body art quality
henna rinsed out of hair no prob! No hunks, no chunks, no "what the
f*k was that". The biggest advantage is in your savings on plumbing
bills and gallons of rinse water. Of course, if you have free water
and don't have to pay a plumber, its all cool.
