I have never done "dry" so I can't say whether the result would
differ or not. I really need to do wet because my hair is curly and I
would NEVER be able to get the paste through it whilst dry.
I never realy see any difference between harvested hair tests (which
are done on little dry lumps of hair!) and my head done wet -- if
anything the head comes out brighter.
