I freeze the entire amount. I leave it in the bag it comes in and
put it, bag and all, in a Ziplock freezer bag. You can also put it
in a plastic freezer container, but leave it in the purchase bag it
comes in. I assume this is a plastic purchase bag. Mine is. Just
take it out as you need it and let that amount come to room
temperature. You are then good to go.
