Unicode table (the page is written in UTF8) and found it's a
greater-or-equal sign.
To be precise, I mixed the hot water with the cloves, not the henna,
and I did that only once; now I put the clove powder on top of the
henna, add cold lemon juice and sometimes water, and let the bowl sit
in a pot of hot water.
