I have used Jolen creme bleach on my eyebrows to lighten them after
highlighting my hair. My eyebrows are black and it gave them golden
redish highlights. If you try it, be careful with the timing, for me
it was about a minute. It is better to wash it off and put it on
again if still to dark than to go too light.
Probably difficult to henna eyebrows without staining the skin around
them.
