I never made a mix but was wondering 100% cherry juice r/o

Hi this site is so interesting and I have allot to learn.

I know I am new but if I make my own mix (when I get everything lol)
how would 100% pure cherry juice work you use that in place of water.
Anyone try it? Also it would be in place of lemon juice right. If
you use the pectin also is that only for a smoother paste and help
gliding it on.
