Coffee or Cloves?

Hi,
I am hennaing my hair for the first time. I have about 30% of grey
hair that I hope to eventually blend in with color. I would like to
know more info. of adding coffee and cloves to the henna mix. Which
is best for a dark auburn color, Coffee or ground Cloves? Is it
alright to add both? I will be mixing the henna powder with lemon
juice, Tea Tree and Lavender oil. Thank you for all replys in advance.
