Any quick fixes for post-henna carrot top (Indigo will be used later)?

I've always had dark brown hair, but am now abou 75% grey (I'm only
28 yrs old...it runs in the family). I've used commercial hairdye
since my early 20s. Yesterday, I dyed my hair with henna (I know
it's pure), but my roots are a carrot orange. I dyed it a second
time and it seems to be a bit darker. I've ordered indigo, and
hopefully will be able to use it later this week...but for the time
being, does anyone have suggestions regarding how to darken the
orange (naturally) in the short term (I have an important dinner
meeting to go to in about 6 hours!). Any advice much
appreciated....Amelia
