Lots of brown hair dyes (especially dark, or ash brown, as opposedto warm brown), can give a green sheen to your hair. I had the same
problem with synthetic dyes, a few years back.. thought it would be
a good idea to dye my dark blonde hair, dark brown.. it turned out
camouflage colour!
Your best bet, by far, is to use pure henna, instead of commercially
mixed henna, in my humble opinion! :o)
