I do, but not particularly regularly. The reason I still use it,
is because I coloured my hair to death, with synthetic dyes, before
I discovered henna.. so my ends are still quite dry

you use shampoo, conditioner or just plain water? Do you wash it out
in the shower or sink?
I rinsed most out.. then used a good dollop of conditioner (I'd
heard that was the best way to remove the henna slop).. then
shampood & conditioned as normal

: 6. What benifits if any do you feel you get from henna?
Shiny, gorgeously coloured, soft hair! :o)
